Returns & Refund Policy


Although we are under no obligation to accept returns on non-faulty items we will always try to provide a solution whenever possible. As some items are bespoke, unique or difficult to restock it means we must look at each return on an individual basis. In most cases a credit note will be issued and on occasion we may issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be unopened and in the original packaging.

You must have the original receipt or a proof of purchase.

Exceptions to this are custom built or bespoke items which you will be unable to return.


Once you have returned your item, we will inspect and immediately notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund which has to be to the same credit card used for the purchase (or original method of payment). If you purchased the item in our store you will need to be present to complete the refund.
